Description

Brilian Project aims to support the adoption of sustainable and cooperative business models in rural areas through piloting projects in Italy, Spain, and Denmark. The consortium, led by CIRCE (Spain), utilizes feedstocks such as cardoon, safflower, sunflower, potato, and rapeseed to create high-value bio-products like bioplastics, biolubricants, proteins, and more. By optimizing bio-based value chains, the project seeks to minimize environmental impacts, diversify income for primary producers, and create new job opportunities.
