The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) is pleased to invite you to a webinar, where we will launch our newest report titled "The Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue: Between Setbacks, Achievements, and Unknowns." The report serves as an assessment on the developments of the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue over the past four years, by listing achievements and setbacks, as well as navigating the potential dynamics of the Dialogue amid the current geopolitical developments in the region and across Europe. 

The event will take place on Monday, May 5, from 14:00- 15:00 hrs. 

The report and the webinar are organized by KCSS as part of a project supported by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). This project seeks to explore how the government and civil society can cooperate more effectively to promote interethnic cooperation and peacebuilding in Kosovo. By focusing on real-world challenges and potential solutions, the panel will also address the current gaps and opportunities for improving interethnic relations in Kosovo, demanding accountability and action from public institutions.

At this conference, KCSS will launch a new set of expert analyses, featuring:

• Dr. Ramadan Ilazi – Kosovar Centre for Security Studies 

• Jeta Loshaj – Kosovar Centre for Security Studies 

• Shpetim Gashi – Council for Inclusive Governance 

• Katarina Tadić – European Fund for the Balkans 

The discussion will focus on:

• The Dialogue as seen from Kosovo's and Serbia's perspectives 

• A summary of the main developments on the Dialogue over the past four years

• Institutional approaches and frameworks for the resumption of the Dialogue

• Challenges, the current stalemate, and the way forward

The discussion will take in the English language, without translation.
